WorkCover WA
WorkCover WA entered into a co-operative partnership with IFAP in 2006 to provide a number of Workers Compensation services. The partnership was established to meet the needs of both organisations: for WorkCover WA this was to continue providing information to injured workers and their employers throughout Western Australia; and, for IFAP to promote safety, risk management and injury management to WA employers.
This partnership encompasses IFAP running free information seminars for injured workers on behalf of WorkCover WA. These seminars provide valuable information to assist injured workers in understanding the workers compensation process and help facilitate their return to work as quickly as possible.
All Mine Safety & Construction Pty Ltd
A training partnership between IFAP Kalgoorlie and All Mine and Construction Training Pty Ltd was established in May 2008, to provide the Goldfields region with greater access to high quality training and consulting services.
Since the introduction of the National Standard for Licensing Persons Performing High Risk Work was introduced in 2007, demand for training to meet these new licensing requirements has rapidly grown, particularly in the Goldfields.
This new partnership brings over 30 years combined experience in mining and construction safety in the Goldfields, to provide accredited training for licensing of persons performing "high risk work" in the region.
Workplace Safety Australia
An alliance was formed between IFAP and leading OSH provider Workplace Safety Australia (WSA) in February 2008, appointing IFAP as the WA and NT distributors for Workplace Safety Australia products and services.
The range of safety support services includes essential resources and tools for all OSH professionals, HR personnel, safety committee members and others.
