Martin Ralph

Managing Director

Martin was appointed Managing Director at IFAP in July 2001 after 4 years as Operations Manager at IFAP. Martin began his occupational safety and health career in industrial hygiene, specialising in radiation protection.

After completing an Honours degree in Environmental Science he was appointed as a Special Inspector of Mines (Radiation and Ventilation) with the Department of Minerals and Energy of Western Australia. He is a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers and is an accredited WorkSafe Plan Assessor and Workplace Trainer.

Joseph Carrabba

Chief Financial Officer

Joseph joined IFAP's Senior Management Group in April 2007 as Management Accountant. Joe spent the first four years of his career in the public practice where he attained his CPA status. He then moved into the commercial area of accounting and spent nine years in management accounting in the manufacturing, engineering, law and printing industries.

Arianne George

Manager – Corporate Communications

Arianne was appointed to the position of Manager – Corporate Communications in December 2003 and is responsible for overseeing and co-ordinating strategic marketing activities, including IFAP’s annual Safety Conference and Safety Leadership Series events, as well as managing IFAP’s Member Services.

Arianne commenced at IFAP in 1994 and has a Bachelor of Business Degree and a Certificate IV in Strategic Marketing Management.

Nancy Cummins

Manager - Organisational Learning and Development

Nancy was appointed as Manager - Organisational Learning and Development in November 2007. She has a strong educational, learning and development background with wide industry experience at management level (both nationally and internationally). Nancy has been involved in developing Australian Standards, is a Lead Auditor and has developed RTO partnerships with Universities, TAFE and the private sector.

Ross Pratt

Team Leader, Technical Sales

Ross joined IFAP in 2008. His current responsibilites include implementing business development strategies for a range of IFAP's products including myosh and Workplace Safety Australia. Recently Ross has also become responsible for the management of both the Customer Service Centre and Corporate Co-ordinator teams. Ross's experience as an electrician, assistant wine maker and operations manager has seen him work with safety in a practical way at many levels within several industry sectors. This included the introduction of greater safety awareness and practices within the wine idustry. As operations manager of a leading national retailer Ross was responsible for the safety of a 250 strong workforce and assisted in leading the safety committee to national recognition of its dedication to safer work practices within the retail sector.
