The IFAP Nomogram is based on OHS Risk Assessment AS/NZS 4804:2001.
The Ratings used for the Risk Calculation has been adapted from Fine 1971 page 159.
Fine (1971) developed a risk score that incorporates the potential consequences of an accident / incident, exposure factors and probability factor.
