Location

All myosh training courses are conducted at our North Lake Training Centre.

Bookings

Course bookings can be made by phoning our myosh Business Development Officer on (08) 9333 9965

Phone bookings are only an indication and must be confirmed in writing. IFAP will require the name of the person attending, the course name and date and an indication of the method of payment.

Refunds and Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or variations to course bookings must be received in writing. If cancellations are made in accordance with our policy, a full refund will be issued. Cancellation of a booking received in less than 3 complete working days or non-attendance from the start of a course will incur an Administration Fee of 30% of the course fee for IFAP Members and non-members. An alternate person may be substituted at any time at no additional cost.

Cancellation by IFAP

IFAP will refund in full any deposits received for any course that it cancels. IFAP will not be liable for any claims arising from course cancellation. Terms of Payment Payment is required within 14 days of invoice for account customers.

Private customers and non-account customers are required to pay the course fee in full prior to commencement of the course.
