Nationally Recognised Training
Many of the courses offered are Nationally Recognised Training, accredited under the Australian Quality Training Framework. Trainers are qualified to Certificate IV in Assessment & Workplace Training or higher. All the services offered are of the highest standard and are conducted at award winning safety levels.

Fire Training Centre
Located at IFAP's premises in North Lake, the Fire Training Centre was opened in November 1998. Designed to provide practical training in realistic, simulated conditions, the features include:
- Live Fire Training
- Smoke Escape
- Aggressive interior attack training facility
- Marine hatches and ladders
- Internal and external live fire props
- Underground confined space entry training facility
- Rescue from heights training tower

Cancellation Policy
To ensure that a course booking is confirmed, payment or a purchase order must be supplied. All registrations may be cancelled in writing up to 5 business days prior to the date of the course without incurring any penalties. Cancellations received less than 5 business days prior to the course shall incur a 25% administration fee. Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled course shall incur a 50% penalty fee.
