The Board is responsible for the overall corporate governance of IFAP, including its strategic direction and monitoring the organisation’s performance against strategic and budget targets.
The Board meets regularly in order to properly discharge their responsibilities and monitor executive management.
Richard has a wealth of experience operating within the bulk resources sector, with over 30 years operating predominately within senior roles in the iron ore industry. He spent 15 years with Rio Tinto Iron Ore in a range of commercial roles including sales and marketing, business analysis and development and bulk shipping. Richard has held previous roles as Managing Director and CEO of Jupiter Mines Limited and CEO & Managing Director of Grange Resources Limited.

A partner of KPMG since 2005 and Director of IFAP since 2012, Graham has specialised in the mining, oil and gas sector during his audit career. Over the course of his secondments with KPMG, Graham has lived in Ghana, the United States, Russia, Chile and Australia in addition to studying at the Wellington College of Education.
