Jane has a passion for helping young people to get the support, training, coaching and development they require to succeed in their career.

    With over 20 years’ of experience as a Senior Executive, she is solutions focused and a highly motivated professional who thrives in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment and also enjoys the challenges of leading a large team. Her strengths are in commercial and serviced focused roles, bringing to life people strategies, sales strategies, customer service, adapting to consumer trends and change within large organisations and turning businesses into profitable entities through growth strategies.

  • Mathew Sambrailo
    Mathew Sambrailo Chief Operations Officer

    Mathew is IFAP’s Chief Operations Officer (COO) and has a long association with IFAP.  He has worked in numerous different industries including; Training in Oil and Gas, Construction & Mining Industries, Fast Moving Consumer Goods & Health and Education.  During his career Mathew has held senior management roles in Operations, Marketing, Sales, Training and Project Management whilst achieving several qualifications namely an MBA, Tertiary qualifications in Business and Education and Diploma level qualifications in Vocational and Educational Training.  Mathew is a creative and strategic thinker and his strengths lay in the ability to engage and build constructive relationships with people and leadership skills.

  • Mike Gillespie
    Mike Gillespie Executive Manager - Offshore and Maritime Training Centre

    Mike is the Executive Manager for IFAP’s Offshore and Maritime Training Centre located in North Fremantle. He has worked for IFAP for more than 24 years and has a sound understanding of the daily operations of the business by beginning his IFAP career as a trainer and safety diver then eventually moving into a management role. During his time as manager Mike has acquired the qualifications of Certificate IV in Training and Assessment as well as a Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management). Mike is the Australian representative to the International Association of Safety and Survival Training (IASST) and is also a long standing representative for IFAP to the Offshore Petroleum Industry’s Training Organisation (OPITO) Training Providers Advisory Group (TPAG), an industry body established to monitor and maintain training standards for the offshore oil and gas industry.
