  • Tony Hoyle

    Tony joined IFAP as a Skills Consultant in October 2005 and has been involved with skills training since 2001. Tony’s experience includes extensive experience in Scaffolding, Dogging and Rigging in both constructions, civil and mining projects.

  • Richard Wells

    Richard joined IFAP in February 2012 as a Technical Specialist to provide specialist Oil & Gas consulting and training. An experienced professional Safety Training Co-ordinator / Paramedic who over the last 30 years has developed  superior attributes that encompass initiative, professional knowledge, problem solving techniques, human resource management and enhanced degrees of efficiency and effectiveness within the offshore and marine services.

  • Paul Kelly

    Paul joined IFAP in February 2010 as a member of the Occupational, Safety and Health team and is involved in facilitating a number of OSH courses as well as delivering skills training to clients off site.

  • Orlando Fazzolari

    Orlando is a leadership and development specialist and authority in auditing integrated management systems, who offers tailored, versatile and dynamic coaching and training that uses industry methodologies to improve employability, increase personal effectiveness and escalate the knowledge of all stakeholders.

  • Neville George

    Neville is the Principal Consultant for Workplace Safety Solutions at IFAP. He joined the IFAP team as an OSH Consultant in 2002 and by September 2005 was appointed to Operations Manager until May 2008.

  • Mike Hobley

    Mike is a highly qualified and experienced Safety Practitioner, Trainer and Assessor with proven success in delivering Competency, Contextual and Behavioural Based Training to a wide range of stakeholders across diverse industries including: Transport, Construction, Retail, Aviation, Engineering, Open-Cut & Underground Mining, and Mineral Processing.

  • Matt Van Schaik

    Matt has been working in OSH and injury management for over 20 years. He has achieved Diploma in OSH and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Matt facilitates training at IFAP and throughout the state in the following courses: Certificate IV in OSH, ICA Induction, White Card, OSH Refresher, Intro to OSH, OSH for Supervisors, OSH for Representatives, Manual Handling, and Accident Investigation.

  • Lez Young

    Lez obtained UK Army qualifications as a Mobile Equipment Operation/Mechanic and Mobile Equipment Fitter and spent three years in the Middle East and nine years with Hamersley Iron in instructor/trainer roles for a variety of heavy mobile equipment.

  • Kim Stewart

    Kim re-joined IFAP’s Work Health and Safety team in 2014, to provide high level OSH Management Consulting and Training to IFAP’s clients.  Over the years his career has moved through wide industry exposure, across State, Local and Commonwealth Government.

  • Keith Britton

    Keith has over thirty years experience in managerial and technical support roles in the oil refinery, gas production, power generation and mining industry’s.

  • Di Gemmell

    Di is a Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Consultant who also teaches/assesses in this area. She develops and teaches nationally accredited courses as well as tailoring the training to individual requirements for companies.

  • David MacLean

    David is the team leader at OMTC, but relishes every opportunity to join in on our training. He has been with IFAP for 10 years and when he isn’t being a dance dad or baseball coach, enjoys volunteering with the State Emergency Service.

  • Christopher Giantatti

    Christopher has completed a Bachelor of Science in OHS and also holds an Advanced Diploma of Occupational Health Safety and Training. He currently trains a range of IFAP’s course including Safety Health Reps, OSH for Supervisors and White Card for the construction industry. Christopher is an accredited NEBOSH Assess and Facilitator for the International General Certificate IV.

  • Ash Karkhanis

    Ash joined IFAP in October 2014 and is equipped with a variety of expertise combining Class 1 Master Mariner with Oil Tanker experience and is a Nautical & Pre Vetting Expert. He has held command on crude and clean product tankers since 2008 with knowledge in ship-to-ship lightering whilst underway.
