It is a legal requirement for all employer organisations in WA to have an Injury Management System. This Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management short course for Managers is specifically designed for employers who wish to understand and meet their workers’ compensation legal obligations.
Injury management in the workplace is not only a legal obligation but also a win-win philosophical concept which, if implemented and adhered to, can provide many benefits to the employer and also the injured worker.

Managers will be provided with a well rounded educational experience in the workers’ compensation and injury management legal process.
The educational experience includes two optional multiple choice self-assessments provided at appropriate intervals during the course.
