Modernising WA OHS Legislation – contribute and develop your feedback

Tuesday 28th August 2018

Edith Cowan University, Mount Lawley Campus

The SIA (WA) and WA Government have held several events to encourage people to submit their feedback on the proposed OSH legislation changes.
We know the time to review the 44 recommendations in association with the 216 pages of Model Act could be a challenge!

This session will provide an efficient way to develop your submission, and contribute to an SIA/IFAP submission. Several industry experts will attend the event, and you will be encouraged to contribute your ideas.
We will provide the Government template for you to record your feedback, and we will use some voting technology to automate the collection of feedback from the audience, so please bring a laptop or mobile phone.

LEARNING OUTCOMES: Understand the proposed changes to the WA OHS legislation, understand different perspectives on the proposed changes and contribute to an SIA/IFAP submission or personal submission.
